And the interest of society or humanity alike, because in this case there is motivation for inventors, To provide innovations and inventions, facilitate the beginning of human life, Subsequently, it works to achieve its well-being and happiness, or to save it… and this will therefore be reflected in the evolution of industries, the development of the economic wheel, and thus the development and progress of societies.

If the public interest is realized by protecting the inventor, but on the other hand, this protection does not have to be perpetual, requiring that interest, which requires that this invention become a common money, permissible to all, because the inventor has benefited from previous efforts and research, and thus must give way to improvements in its invention, making it more beneficial to society.

The laws prescribe the duration of the protection required, consistent with the inventor’s interest and the public interest, so that the inventor can benefit from such protection by investing in his invention for a certain period, compensating for the effort and money he has made in accessing it. Certainly, specific penalties have been imposed, in law, on anyone who uses or exploits this invention without the author’s knowledge, or without his consent.

What is important, which must be heeded, is that the inventor can only benefit from this protection by following specific procedures to obtain a patent, and therefore have a right of origin, so that it becomes the source of the right, and the inventor becomes more like the patent holder than the inventor.
