Who We Are
The main objective of our company, and the working group with us, is to protect intellectual property, because of our belief in how important and reflective it is on the national economy, and its radical impact in different economic aspects, especially since intellectual products are the most important thing produced by human beings, and intellectual property is a wealth that is not consumed. It thus plays a major role in economic advancement, its continuity, creativity needs to be protected, or we will not find the stimulus needed.
Intellectual conclusions, inventions and creations in the field of industrial drawings and models or creativity in designing trademarks for specific products, as well as patents and therefore must be protected in accordance with international laws and treaties in addition to the domestic laws, which are based in the texts of their articles on these laws, Lebanon had acceded to its treaties and was a member of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
It is well known that companies and creators, in all areas, need easy, effective and, at the same time, low-cost ways to guarantee them their rights from violations they may face, especially in the context of globalization and the digital revolution.
Our company carries out all necessary procedures to register, deposit and renew trademarks and patents, industrial drawings and models, or the deposit of any artwork for their protection, regardless of the fact that the author’s copyright is established to the owner as soon as it is transferred on a paper or digital document; But in the light of this digital revolution, the deposit process helps to prove the right, It mitigates the procedures that are prolonged in the process of investigation, proof of ownership and assault against them.
In addition, we take care of all that you need, whether with regard to the establishment of a company, enterprise, everything related to this subject, inheritance limitation procedures and the transfer of ownership, to resolve the situation with regard to real estate matters, from sale and purchase and the ensuing procedures.
